Our country India has now become the beacon to the world in teaching the advantages of the yogic way of living. All over the world, people are taking keen interest in implementing yogic practices in their every day life. These practices are being looked up to, as a boon to the masses in learning to live stress free life, in today’s fast, technology driven world. Every year, 21st June is being celebrated as “International Yoga Day” all over the world. RPVK, has been contributing its services every year on this day to support this endeavor.
The RPVK team conducts free classes of stretching exercises and Yogasanas, in the schools to their staff and students, and to the general public.
RPVK conducted Free Online Yoga Asanas and stretching exercises, Pranayama to all Ladies, Senior Citizens and to general public in different slots, during Corona period. Many participants expressed, reduced stress and anxiety after the practice and participated enthusiastically.
